Home Theater Calibration
So you have spent good money on a new quality HDTV. Televisions come with factory settings set to catch your eye on the store wall. What this means is they are set overly bright and thier coloring is tipped towards blue instead of proper colors. This means your not seeing the movie as it was intended to be seen by the director. Usually sets come from the factory with settings that hide details you should be seeing in dark areas of scenes. Furthermore, this means you may be straining your eyes and possibly causing headaches while viewing. I custom calibrate HDTV and PC monitors to industry standard. Utilizing a color meter and test patterns I properly calibrate the monitors contrast, brightness, color, and grayscale to get the most out of your set and help enhance your home entertainment experience.
I also calibrate your home theater audio system. Surround sound requires that each of your speakers are outputting the same level of sound directed at the proper locations in order to deliver that great sound like you experience in the movie theater. There are also many other confusing settings such as large or small speaker settings and crossover settings and timing delays and reference sound levels that need to be setup properly. I use a sound pressure meter to calibrate your system.
